Hall & Stephen, P.C. is a Texas law firm serving the legal needs of individuals, small businesses and professionals across a wide range of industries. We take great pride in developing long term relationships with our clients. We have been operating for nearly two decades.  Mr. Hall has been practicing for over 38 years and Mr. Stephen over 18 years.  
We have two office locations, one in Downtown Houston and the second in Brock (Fort Worth area).  Mr. Hall is in the Houston office and John C. Stephen is in the Brock office.   

Due to COVID-19 and in an effort to protect the health and safety of our staff and clients, the Houston office of Hall & Stephen, PC will be working remotely. Meetings at our physical office in downtown Houston will be unavailable during this time.  Those clients in the Brock area may contact the Brock office if a meeting is required to execute any documents.  We will be available by email, telephone calls and conference call meetings during this period. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. Our response times to telephone calls and emails may be slower than normal. Our temporary business hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with a one hour lunch break from noon to 1:00 pm. We will do our best to assist you with any and all your legal needs during this stressful time.  We hope all our clients, their families and friends stay safe and healthy.
